A Minitruck is defined as a foreign-manufactured import vehicle or domestic-manufactured vehicle which:
Application for Certificate of Title is made to the County Treasurer in the county where you reside and must be obtained within thirty (30) days of purchase of the vehicle.
To obtain a Certificate of Title for a minitruck purchased prior to January 1, 2011, one of the following documents must be presented to the the County Treasurer:

If the model year cannot be determined, the title will be issued with the model year indicated as the year the application for title is presented.
If the minitruck does not have a manufacturer's identification number, you will need to submit a properly completed Assigned ID Number Application to the Department of Motor Vehicles so that an State assigned identification number can be issued prior to application for title.
